Network-i announced today that following two external audits for ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:205 recertification, the company has acheived the extraordinary result of zero non-conformities in both standards. The first assessment was by ISOQAR which approved our Information Security Management System across our entire enterprise including our two datacentres. We then we achieved the same when we were assessed by QEC for ISO9001:2008. The comprehensive audits concluded that Network-i was 100% compliant for their Information Security Management and Quality Systems.

Speaking on the awards, Quality Manager, Sapphire McCullough was particularly pleased that there were no observations arising from either audit. "I have been involved with quality management for 25 years and to find no observations following an audit is something of a rarity. In my experience, achieving a "double whammy" zero nonconformities and no observations across two diverse audits is unheard of."

The audit resulted in Network-i being re-certified for an additional three years, bringing its ISO total to 9 years and in addition, Network-i completed all the requirements and necessary changes to be upgraded to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

Network-i ISO 27001 certification was first achieved in January 2006. The continued compliance with this very strict information security standard demonstrates Network-i's commitment to the pursuit of the highest possible levels of customer management and service.
